Employment & Internships

The Jordan River Commission operates with a small and dedicated team of professionals from a variety of backgrounds. A collaborative spirit is central to our success; we work seamlessly together, leveraging our varied skills to achieve our overarching goals for the river and its corridor.

We seek passionate individuals to join our cause—people who share our unwavering commitment to making the Jordan River the absolute best it can be, transforming it into a vibrant, accessible, and ecologically healthy resource for the entire community.

The nature of our work is inherently dynamic, meaning that no two days on the job are the same. One day might involve meetings with our partner municipalities, while the next could be spent helping with a volunteer cleanup or conducting field assessments along the riverbank. This necessitates a high degree of flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, emerging opportunities, and evolving priorities. Successful candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to pivot their focus readily to meet the moment’s demands.
