The Utah Lake Authority is the state entity that oversees the management of Utah Lake, with a three-tiered focus on ecology, recreation and community. The health of Utah Lake is inextricably tied to the health of the Jordan River, with the river being the main outlet for the lake. The ULA is dedicated to improving the Jordan River as part of a holistic approach to the Greater Salt Lake Watershed.
