Technical Advisory Committee Meetings

About the Technical Advisory Committee

The Jordan River Commission’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is comprised of member government representatives and a group of technical experts from the community representing a variety of disciplines. All members are appointed by the Governing Board.  The TAC provides technical reviews of proposed projects and plans within the Jordan River corridor, and helps to develop tools, resources, and standards for communities and those working along the Jordan River. The TAC also makes recommendations to the Governing Board on new projects to be considered and offers technical resources to inform the Commission staff and Board’s decision making.

Technical Advisory Committee Meetings

The Jordan River Commission Technical Advisory Committee meets monthly on the third Thursday at 2:00 PM, and meetings are conducted primarily in an online virtual meeting format. Some meetings are scheduled as field trips. The Technical Advisory Committee includes quarterly Jordan River Cooperative Weed Management Area (CWMA), and quarterly Water Working Group meetings.

Technical Advisory Committee meeting agendas, minutes, recordings and other information can be found at the Utah Public Meeting Notice site. Upcoming and recent meetings will be listed, along with instructions for finding older archived meetings.
